Never did have the chance to post about sports carn. But I guess I didn't really do anything in sports carn other than immersing myself in sea water and drinking more sea water than water. Had to umpire 3 games and play 2 games for water captains ball. Watched 1-2 games so I technically spent half of my time at sports carn at the beach.. and the sea. Have I ever mentioned how much I love the sea? :-) 

Besides that, really glad that we won drakon and bennu and I had so much fun being the captain in those 2 games because I did alot of stunts like falling backwards to catch the ball and had my whole face (including my nose) filled with water. At least I caught the ball. 

Weather that day was pretty on off and I swear at one moment of time it looked like the world was gonna end. and Kh was like 'ya lor damn scary!! all the seaweed coming to the shore' and I'm like '.... HAHAHAHAHA WHAT'

but nevertheless, I had loads of fun umpiring and playing!! :-) Headed to dinner with shd - Vernetta and Xiyu and Isabelle + Ying Wei.

What the Fuck, I cannot stand those guys/girls who try so hard to step/act Lian/beng by telling the whole world they smoke and drink. Get a life. If the only thing you're Gna post on social media is how you drink and smoke underage so that you can show off to the whole world and try to be 'cool', Im unfollowing you. lol seriously just a nuisance to the society. and I must say that I'm very disappointed in you, but oh well go on and try harder to impress the whole world.

I think I haven't yet explained why I change my blog name to escaperunway. But it's partially because scramoff was getting too 'violent', and also because I was bored studyin for physics. Got my inspiration from 'escape speed' ( go on and laugh LOL) But the url was taken and then I suddenly thought of my fantasy modelling dream so I named it escaperunway instead. I miss using 'scramoff.blogspot.com' to scold people tho even tho I still do that but it's not legit anymore haha. 

Sidetracking to studies.. 

even tho I didn't get a U for Jcts (ok la I got 44/100 for GP which is considered U for h1 but I still count it as S Idc LOL), I still felt like my results are really bad??  

like lol while people are scoring at least an A/B/C in a particular subject like hist/bio/math , I'm scoring the same range of marks for every subject. Bolded math because that's the subj everyone is passing in/scoring flying colors while I got a pathetic E. 

Should I be happy I'm maintaining my marks for all subjects? or sad that I'm doing average for all my subjects. T_T

doesn't help that I have so many things to think about.. and worry about.

Lombok!

Day 1 

Had a super, SUPER, impromptu trip to lombok, indonesia on the last week of june hols. Like it was so impromptu i had barely a few days to think about what to do/what to bring/how screwed i'll be for jcts. Was seriously considering to go thr to just relax but when i looked at the amount of topics i revised (LOL) i decided to bring my whole chem syllabus there and half of my math syllabus there.. But before you start thinking that im a hardcore mugger, i only did 3 topics in the 3 days i went LOL. to think i actually brought my whole chem syllabus ... what the hell was i thinking.

It was a 2-3 hr plane trip. The airport is damn small and damn outdated lol. Waited for our mini bus and we had a 2 hour trip to the villa. Fricking scary to drive at night, street lamps were super limited ?? and roads were super bumpy also. Didnt help that we went up and down mountains cuz my stomach is super weak when it comes to this kind of thing -____-

Had our dinner (damn shiok cause we get to order what we want for every meal then the chef will prepare hehehehe)

Shared a room with mama and papa cuz sis had to take care of the other kids.

Day 2

Woke up and finally could see how the villa actually looked like.

Sis looked damn fricking white beside them.. its like both of them are chao da color and then you see this girl beside them who's white like pearl (k i cnt think of anything thats white at this moment other than water color & paint??)

Built sandcastles with the kids, played in the sea, tried kayaking with daddy but the tide was too strong and both of us got knocked down by the boat even before we tried anything LOL. 

Suntanned a bit and swam with the kids hahahaha.

had to repetitively play 'i try to swim over there but you must stay where you are and catch me' with this girl cause she can't swim... 

i got so sick of the game i ran away from her cause it was getting annoying LOL. btw i hate annoying/pampered/noisy/nosy kids (or soon-to-be teenagers). oh wait did i just list out the whole population of singaporean kids?

Took me a lot A LOT of courage and balls to do this cause i had to bring my phone out to the swimming pool and lie on this thing. (what i do for photos lul ) My plan was only to lie on the pink thingy near the side and then take a picture and then successfully just get out of the pool BUT NO. i drifted from the side of the swimming pool and right to the centre???? and no matter how i tried to use my hands to swim me to the side IT DIDNT WORK LOL i just kept turning round and round. .. tried to ask for help but all of them were like pri sch kids and no one bothered to help me rofl. then i finally decided to roll off the thing and put my long hand up in hope my phone will be safe. it worked (heng) but my heart still pumped like 500 times per second.

tea time with pancakes & tea! i had 4 meals a day thr lol lovely.
Had a massage & pedicure there too , massage was not bad but slightly ticklish and it didnt help that we had to strip naked 'upstairs' -_-

Walked to the beach, and got a shock of my life when i saw the sea became somewhat like land. water was super shallow and there was grass????  saw sea urchins and i realised how lucky i was in the aftn cause i didnt step on them T____T 

saw fungi so i didnt dare to walk far cause one thing i hate is FUNGI esp mushrooms EW EW EW.

Had dinner out in the open under the stars which wasnt exactly v romantic cause we survived on candlelight and i couldnt see what i was eating LOL.

not trying to step but red wine is disgusting. had a few sips of sparkling wine tho and it wasnt exactly v fantastic i still like milo more. 

Day 3

Had brekkie & headed out to snorkel after that. Didnt want to snorkel at first because the endless sea rly made me scared and i couldnt rmb how snorkelling was like. (Apparently i had some brave childhood of loving to snorkel and jumping into the sea without hesitation ??? While my sis was scared of boats and the sea from young. I see we are polar opps hahaha.  

lycia was super scared the moment we went up the boat. She kept screaming for us to go back and all the adults were just trying to comfort her and said that we will be going back in a few minutes.sis said to me, 'no.. its 3 hours'

Professional photographer took photos with her phone, camera and the polaroid lul i should go work for times or smth heh jk ^_^

had a hard time finding a good spot for snorkelling. brave me decided to be brave and go down. Had a hard time adapting to breathing thru my mouth cause one thing i hate is breathing thru my mouth -_- our first stop was disappointing la didnt see anything at all LOL.

the guide or rather the manager of the villa decided that we should all hold on to the pole and the boat would ride off with us on the pole to search for a spot with good corals. -_- luckily i have at least some kind of arm muscles if not i think i'll die.

i think i went down into the water thrice?? but anw the third time i went down, omg i thought i was inside the movie Nemo or smth (not that i actually watched/remember watching but ya) saw a lot of super pretty corals and fishes!! fishes!! saw orange ones, electric blue ones, super small ones which changed direction after seeing me and my dad swimming towards them & its damn cute to see them change direction hehe. Saw a broken ship also but i damn scared of this kind of thing, because watching a limited number of cartoons when i was in primary school told me that something would float out of that thing -_- and i dont want to see that happening so i swimmed away LOL.

Took a break at some island but lol felt super unwelcome there because all of them were indonesians/ang mohs and ya can tell we weren't welcome la SLAP these people.

idk if its called motion sickness or what, but my stomach really hates bumpy/wavy motion and it started aching like mad as we headed back to the villa in the boat. like rly rly rly bad and i took a damn long time to recover z. People headache i stomachache fml.

swam when we went back, and bathed, did my work and had TEA TIME!! with chicken bites and goreng pisang which is my fav fav fav. oh and tea!! :)
